As a healing modality, Reiki is a form of channeled energy used to cleanse the aura and balance energy centers (chakras), resulting in physical, mental, and/or emotional healing. Overall, Reiki supports a positive shift in one's state of being.
Crystal energy healing is a vibrational healing modality that complements Reiki, where crystals are placed on and around the body to energetically cleanse the aura, balance the chakras, and facilitate energy flow within the physical body. Some individuals experience deep relaxation and some, an energetic detox.

90-minute Reiki and Crystalline Core Healing
Session includes meditation, chakra assessment, chakra balancing with crystals placed on and around the client. Crystalline core healing modality may also be used in combination with Reiki. Similar to acupuncture, crystalline core healing moves energy and removes energy blockages by placing clear quartz crystals on the body’s meridian points.
