  • What does Reiki and crystal energy feel like?

    People experience Reiki and crystal energy in different but amazing ways. Here is a list of sensations based on client feedback:

    • You might see whirling colors

    • You might feel a buzzing sensation, pressure, lightness, or heaviness in your body

  • What is a remote energy healing session?

    A remote session can take place in real time, with the healing practitioner in one physical location and the client in another. The practitioner can conduct a session by phone or video call. It is recommended that the client has a quiet space to lay down, to optimize the experience.

  • Why consider remote healing?

    While an in-person appointment is an ideal way to experience energy work, remote sessions have their own advantages. Consider a remote session if

    • You’re in quarantine

    • You are managing a compromised immune system and are limiting environmental exposure

    • Your sense of smell and touch are hypersensitive due to health conditions

    • You don’t live within driving proximity to a professional

  • How do I prepare for an in-person session?

    PRE-SESSION

    • Have a light meal 2 hours before your session so you’re not hungry but also so that your stomach isn’t doing heavy digesting

    • It is recommended that you don’t take recreational drugs or alcohol 24 hours before your session

    DURING SESSION

    • Wear comfortable, non-restrictive, non-bulky clothing. You will be on a massage table for most of the session and crystals may be placed on or around you. Consider light layers of clothing instead of puffy jackets or denim jeans. Clothing stays on and a blanket is also provided for your comfort

    • Remove any jewelry, crystals, or electronic devices from your body

  • How do I prepare for a remote session?

    PRE-SESSION (same as in-person)

    • Have a light meal 2 hours before your session so you’re not hungry but also so that your stomach isn’t doing heavy digesting

    • It is recommended that you don’t take recreational drugs or alcohol 24 hours before your session

    DURING SESSION

    • Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing

    • Remove any jewelry, crystals, or electronic devices from your body

    • Find a place with minimal distractions, where you can lay down comfortably for 30- 45 minutes

    • Items to have handy- a blanket, pillow, bottle of water or cup of tea, tissue, journal, pen, and essential oils (or a candle)

  • What do i need to do post-session?

    • Hydrate -Drink lots of water.

    • Journal - Write down any insights from your session or revelations that you receive post-session.
