As a healing modality, Reiki is a form of channeled energy used to cleanse the aura and balance energy centers (chakras), resulting in physical, mental, and/or emotional healing. Overall, Reiki supports a positive shift in one's state of being.

Crystal energy healing is a vibrational healing modality that complements Reiki, where crystals are placed on and around the body to energetically cleanse the aura, balance the chakras, and facilitate energy flow within the physical body. Some individuals experience deep relaxation and some, an energetic detox.

REMOTE sessions

Private 1:1 Zoom Reiki Session (90 minutes)

90-minute Reiki and Crystal Healing

Session includes meditation, chakra assessment, chakra balancing with crystals placed on and around the body. This is a multi-modality experience that may include a combination of breathwork, sound healing, Crystalline core healing. This 90-min format allows for deeper relaxation and a post- treatment discussion.

Remote session takes place live with the option to turn camera on or off. Session takes place in the comfort of your own space. Secure a restful and quiet environment, where you can lay down uninterrupted, with a pen, journal, and access to hydration nearby.

Distance Reiki Session (60 minutes)

60 minute Reiki and Crystal Healing

Experience the shift to your natural state of wellness in the comfort of your own home. This healing session takes place at the assigned time and date of your choosing, without a face-to-face or audio meeting. Most clients request the session to take place before bedtime. Session includes chakra balancing and crystal recommendation.

Upon booking or before the distance healing appointment, you share your intention and designate the time you want to receive. Includes a follow-up call or email to discuss any insight from your session as well as any questions you may have.
