Reiki is a high vibrational energy force, also referred to as divine intelligence. Through the practice of Reiki, an attuned practitioner channels Source energy, to support the recipient in returning to a natural state of wellness.
Crystal energy healing is a vibrational healing modality that complements Reiki, where crystals can also support recipients even in distance.
REMOTE sessions
Private 1:1 Zoom Reiki Session (90 minutes)
90-minute Reiki and Crystal Healing
Session includes meditation, chakra assessment, chakra balancing with crystals placed on and around the body. This is a multi-modality experience that may include a combination of breathwork, sound healing, Crystalline core healing. This 90-min format allows for deeper relaxation and a post- treatment discussion.
Remote session takes place live with the option to turn camera on or off. Session takes place in the comfort of your own space. Secure a restful and quiet environment, where you can lay down uninterrupted, with a pen, journal, and access to hydration nearby.

Distance Reiki Session (60 minutes)
60 minute Reiki and Crystal Healing
Experience the shift to your natural state of wellness in the comfort of your own home. This healing session takes place at the assigned time and date of your choosing, without a face-to-face or audio meeting. Most clients request the session to take place before bedtime. Session includes chakra balancing and crystal recommendation.
Upon booking or before the distance healing appointment, you share your intention and designate the time you want to receive. Includes a follow-up call or email to discuss any insight from your session as well as any questions you may have.

What’s the difference between Zoom and Distance Reiki Sessions? While both take place with the practitioner and recipient in two separate locations, a Zoom session offers real time support with the audio on (video optional) and live healing instruments incorporated into the session. With the longer time format of Zoom sessions, the practitioner can offer a space for deeper healing. This format is ideal for someone on a medical journey.
The advantage of Distance Reiki sessions are that the recipient can schedule to receive the session for a past or future event. Most clients request to receive distance sessions for bedtime. Popular reasons for distance sessions are to support those in high stress environments, those needing an energetic cleanse, or for high performers wanting support before an event. If the recipient doesn’t require interpretation or much feedback, this format is ideal. The day after session, the client receives a short audio message with any insights or suggestions for integration.
