Step 1: Join the waitlist.

Step 2: Starting November 24th, invoices will be emailed for payment of the non-refundable deposit of $200. Be sure your deposit is received by December 21st.

Step 3: A form will be emailed for you to complete and submit. Please fill out the form with any dietary specifications, room request, payment plan. If pre-registering by November 30th, also include your petite elo color preference.

Step 4: Send payments according to your chosen payment schedule.

The deposit of $200 will be accepted by credit card only. The remaining payments can be made by choosing either a Credit card payment plan or setting up Zelle payments.

For credit card payments, you can choose

option 1: Sending a 2-payment plan received by 11/30/25 and 12/30/25

option 2: Sending a 3-payment plan received by 11/30/25, 12/30/25 and 1/30/26

For Zelle payments, you will have four (4) scheduled Zelle payments 1x every two weeks. Payments must be received by 11/29/25, 12/12/25, 12/26/25, and 1/2/26

Those on the Tucson waitlist have an opportunity to pre-register 11/24 - 11/29/25. Those who pre-register will have sent their $200 deposit and will qualify for an exclusive bonus gift of a petite elo necklace by jewelry designer Renata Cambauva. (crystal not included)

To secure your bonus gift, 1) submit your pre-registration form by 11/29 2) on the form, be sure to include your choice of a gold-filled petite elo necklace or silver petite elo necklace (valued at $375). 3) Send scheduled payments on time. You will receive your gift in-person in Tucson, where you will be able to procure your own crystal or purchase one from Renata during our Tucson stay.

Unfortunately, cancellation of the Tucson Gem Show Trip forfeits the bonus gift (elo necklace). However, the $200 deposit can be applied towards services offered by Mayari Whispers, including an in-person or remote 1:1 reiki session, couples soundbath, or distance reiki session. The deposit can also be applied towards crystals that are available in the Mayari Whispers shop. Shipping is an additional fee.

Tucson is just over 100 miles south of Phoenix and just under 500 miles southeast of Los Angeles.

By car- A road trip from Los Angeles to Tucson averages about 7 hours.

By plane- It’s recommended to fly into Tucson International Airport. If flying into Phoenix, it will be another 2 hour drive to get to Tucson.

We have one vehicle for group transportation for all attendees to travel to and from the gem show tours. If for any reason you will not be joining a portion of the tours, you might consider renting your own car if you’d like to tour Tucson on your own or during free time. Uber is recommended if you will not have a car. Uber is also available for transport from Tucson International Airport to our Airbnb. Ample street parking is available at the Airbnb.

11/24/25 Guests on the waitlist will begin to receive emailed invitations to pre-register and send $200 deposit

11/24- 11/30/25 Registrations received by 11/30 will receive a bonus gift of a petite gold-filled or silver elo necklace by Renata Cambauva.

12/12/25 Last day for free cancellation

12/21/25 Registration closes (registration may close sooner if all spots fill before then)

12/30/25 Last day to cancel and get 50% of your received payments refunded.

12/31/25 and beyond Cancellations are non-refundable.
